All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless there is an adverse reaction, in which case, we will need you to fill out the form and provide details. Once we receive it, we will review it with the supplier for next steps. Please email to info@skinmatters.ca for adverse reaction. 

Local Pickup

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Time: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
• We close on Saturday, Sunday and stat Holidays

You’ll receive a notification via email or text message depending on the contact method you leave, for pickup when the order is ready. You can call the store at 604.323.9588 if you need the products urgently.

Processing & Shipping Time
It usually takes 1-2 business days to process the orders, unless the products are backordered, in which case, you should receive an email informing you about the backorder.

Weekends and Statutory Holidays
No orders will be processed on weekends and statutory holidays.

Sale, Busy Seasons, Holidays, and Unexpected Interruptions
During a sale, such as; Black Friday, Christmas, or bad weather, etc., we cannot guarantee any processing time and/or shipping time.
